AGEWORKS

Challenge

To name and position a new company that advocates for the rights of older people and age-inclusiveness.

Idea

The name, wordmark and colour palette are intended to get the reader’s attention, so the identity is inspired by revolutionary flags. AGEWORKS is about reshaping what it means to age across all cohorts regardless of chronological age.

Execution

A combination of print and digital ads, supported by workshops, networking and other educational events to help debunk myths about older people and help celebrate human value across all ages.

Redpath Waterfront Festival

Challenge

To create an updated theme and look to this annual festival.

Idea

Redpath Waterfront Festival is a good time, it stands for Party.

Execution

For eight years, every piece of work from print and outdoor to television and digital is bright in both colour and language.

Sugar Shack TO

Challenge

Develop a brand positioning and brand identity to drive public engagement and attract a large audience.

Idea

Maple Syrup is a Canadian thing, and so is celebrating it on Toronto’s Sugar Beach.

Execution

Print, digital and video ads combined to draw enthusiastic crowds to make this event a sweet success.

POGO

Challenge

To create communications pieces for different audiences that conform to an overall brand look.

Idea

Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario is all about the kids. They are the heroes and should be portrayed that way.

Execution

Banners, signs, and other educational materials have been developed targeting parents, kids, health care, donors, and government.

Cottage Advisors

Challenge

Create three distinct brands within the same family of cottage developments while sharing the same positioning.

Idea

We have created the simplest path to buying a cottage summed up in two words: Own Easy.

Execution

With the development of three logos sharing the same vision, advertising across all platforms promoted the same message in ways unique to each resort.

Special Olympics Ontario

Challenge

To create a launch campaign for an inaugural event to stand out within a crowded public-service media landscape.

Idea

Participants are not “special” athletes, they are athletes. Therefore their athleticism should be showcased and celebrated in the same manner as all athletes.

Execution

An online, print, and video campaign using the athletes as our brand ambassadors

Sales, marketing and event materials leveraging the celebrity of the founders of the brand.

Sofina Foods Employee Engagement

Challenge

To unify the employees of several food companies under the banner of one flagship corporation.

Idea

We don’t have employees, we have builders to achieve our vision.

Execution

Various employee onboarding elements such as interior signage across 21 facilities, newsletters and videos.

Canadian Skin Cancer Foundation

Challenge

To raise awareness of skin cancer and ways to prevent it without preaching.

Idea

Life is better when it’s more about the do’s and less about the don’ts.

Execution

A public service TV, print and digital announcement campaign, as well as high school programs, inviting people to enjoy outdoors under the sun as long as they do it safely.

Idea

Leverage business stats to demonstrate experience in delivering empathetic patient care.

In a highly competitive and generic sector, how do we stand apart and position ourselves as the best quality meat products to serve the family?

Idea

In an era of “quick and easy meal solutions”, we leveraged the old fashioned heritage of the brand.

Execution

From television to print, every execution portrays our workers as family making food the old-fashioned way, the J.M. Schneider way.
